Foundations


At Martinson's we typically pour 8' and 9' basements, however we do pour foundations at other heights if requested. We also pour slab on grade foundations if a basement is not needed and we add 2" of styrofoam to these foundation walls to provide insulation. In addition to these services we also pour foundations as additions to existing buildings. We can pour additions to match the depth of the existing basement or at a depth that would allow for a crawl space. Basement footings are formed using Form-A-Drain forms manufactured by CertainTeed to provide a drainage system that is directly integrated into the foundation.

Windows

We offer four different sizes of windows manufactured by Precise Forms, Inc.. These windows have the easiest after pour installation and do not require a poured in place frame. This system ensures that window bucks will not be damaged during the pouring of flatwork and also provides a seal against water infiltration. We offer these white vinyl slider windows in the following sizes:
If we do not offer a window in the size you would like or if you prefer to purchase your windows elsewhere we can place a wood buck in the foundation wall when it is poured to allow for installation at a later date.

We also offer our customers both concrete and metal window wells.

Flatwork


Martinson's offers a variety of flatwork services. We pour basement and garage floors, stoop caps, driveways, sidewalks and patios. We are also able to customize any flatwork with staining, stamping, or by adding color. If needed, we can reinforce floors or exterior concrete with steel or wire mesh. In addition to this we can add styrofoam underneath floors to provide insulation.
